3. MSRP -
Products purchased shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 20% below MSRP.
4. Wholesale Pricing -
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change.
5. Delivery Window -
- In Stock Items Ship with in 7 days
- Out of Stock items, we will advise of our production schedule
6. Shipping & Handling -
- Customer pays Shipping & Handling at cost
- We use UPS and USPS as our preferred shipping method
- Handling Fee is $5 per order
- Call to use your own shipping carrier
7. Returns -
- Due to the nature of our products, we can't accept returns.
- If the product is damaged in shipping, customer will go through shipping carrier for reimbursement.
- If the product is defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.
