ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed, except US Postal Service holidays. If we have any questions or concerns with your order, generally we will let you know within 24 to 48 hours.
Simply Organic Soap accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Shopify and PayPal process all of our orders. We do not have access to your payment information.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Simply Organic Soap offers FREE First Class Mail Shipping (5 to 7 days) is offered on all orders over $75.
For orders less than $75 we offer First Class Mail Shipping (5 to 7 days) and Priority Mail Shipping (1 to 3 days) at cost.
We offer local delivery in the North Dallas Area for a flat $3 fee and Free Pick Up at 3103 Wyndham Ln., Richardson, TX.

BACK ORDERS:
All our products are handcrafted in small batches, so we can run out now and again. If we do run into an out of stock situation you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order. You’ll have the option to select another product, wait for your product to ready or receive a refund.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Because of the nature of bath and body products we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
However, if anything in your order is damaged, missing or incorrect please contact us at sandy@simplyorganicsoap.com and we will make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
REFUNDS:
If a refund is warranted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

MISSING PACKAGE:
If your package shows delivered and you haven't received it, please contact your local post office to check the GPS status of your package. You're welcome to contact us and we can look up the telephone number for your local post office if you cannot locate it.
If you have not received your order within 3 days of the USPS showing it delivered, please file a claim with the USPS and we will happily resend your order once you email us your claim information.
